Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 67db ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 67db website and all services offered thereon, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, crash games and any promotional features. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the 67db platform.

By accessing the 67db platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming a promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not hold more than one active account on the 67db platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep this information current throughout your use of the platform.

67db may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure. KYC documents typically accepted include a national identity card, passport or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address and payment method.

Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on the 67db platform. When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and accurate date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 67db will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Your password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 67db support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 67db reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its discretion if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of any promotional offer.
• Account registration is free. 67db does not charge a fee for opening or maintaining an account.

All account activity, including bets placed, games played, deposits and withdrawals, is logged and may be reviewed by 67db at any time for compliance, security and responsible gaming purposes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 67db platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and major bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 67db reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been successfully used for a deposit on the same account (same wallet or bank account). This anti-money-laundering requirement protects both the player and the platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 67db account balance within 30 seconds. In rare cases of network delays, processing may take up to 15 minutes. Contact support if a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 67db reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC or if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 67db does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account reviewed or closed. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their payment provider. 67db does not charge its own processing fee for standard deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

67db offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time of issue. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus structures, or placing opposing bets across accounts — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform. 67db uses automated detection tools and manual review to identify bonus abuse patterns.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 67db platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others. Each game operates under the rules published by the respective game provider. By playing any game on 67db, you agree to the game rules applicable to that game. In the event of a conflict between a game provider rule and these Terms, the more restrictive rule will apply.

• All casino game outcomes on 67db are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted under controlled studio conditions. 67db does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game's outcome, 67db reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 67db will not be liable for winnings generated as a result of a malfunction.
• Sports betting markets and odds on 67db are subject to change up to the moment of market settlement. 67db reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or adjust odds in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to match abandonment, venue changes, confirmed team or player withdrawal, and events of force majeure.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, artificial intelligence, script or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 67db. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

67db is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy. 67db provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible through the account settings section after login.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours (for daily limits) or 7 days (for weekly and monthly limits).
• Time-out: players may apply a temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period, the account is locked and no deposits, wagers or bonus claims can be made.
• Permanent self-exclusion: players who wish to permanently stop gambling on 67db may contact support to request a permanent account closure. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67db platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from 67db.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number or payment method.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion or any other means.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your 67db account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of 67db is explicitly restricted.

67db reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 67db platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 67db platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 67db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any 67db content without the prior written consent of 67db. Unauthorised use of 67db intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67db, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or any other damages resulting from system malfunctions, third-party payment provider delays or force majeure events.

67db makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. 67db will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. In no event shall 67db's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

67db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 67db will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance via a platform notification or email where an email address is held on file. Your continued use of the 67db platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 67db support.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 67db operates as an online entertainment platform and players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction or account decision, you must contact 67db support in the first instance. 67db will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate through channels communicated by 67db support. 67db's decision on all disputes, made in good faith following investigation, shall be final and binding.
